Into The Depth Of Internet

Well today's post is not going to be about any legend because I found something which is more fascinating and mysterious than our urban legends. It's the Web, actually I am talking about the internet.

In 1989 when Tim Berners Lee founded the World-Wide-Web, he himself didn't know that his invention will one day become the place of illegal activities. The activities which I am talking about are not limited to hacking only it's much deeper than it.

Most of the people believes that they know a lot about the internet but only a few know that the web which we surf is just 4% of the total web available. Actually the total web is divided into 3 parts

1.Surface Web.
2.Deep Web.
3.Dark Web

Now starting with the Surface Web. It's the web to which everybody has an access to. In much simple words everything whose link is available on the browser which we use whether it is Google, Mozilla, Opera, Yahoo or UC then the site comes under the category of surface web.

The thing I want to say is that, everyone and anyone can go and browse the things which are available on the surface web.

Now comes the Deep Web. The Deep Web lies under the Surface Web and it is not an illegal place if you are having the permission to access it. Basically the Deep Web contains some personal information regarding some organisation.

It can be their important documents, information regarding their  employees or information of Banks regarding the accounts and transactions, which can only be accessed by the people of that organisation.

These sites are never linked on the browser because the organisation approaches the browsing company  and ask to remove the link of the sites that leads to their secrets. Though the site is removed from the web for the normal people but still few people who are in the organisation an have access to it.

It is there on the web but very deep inside the web where our normal browser can't take us. This happens as follows when the browsing company grant an address to their site they just extend their address and circulate this information regarding the extension to the employees who needs to access it and also to the Search Engine organisation.

So that's why this deep web doesn't comes under the category of illegal despite of being hidden from the reach of the common people.

Now comes the most deepest and inaccessible part of the web. The Dark Web. Dark Web lies at the most hidden part of the internet however it's growth rate is much faster than the other two. This place is not meant for anybody because here illegal trading is done.

It could be of anything of drugs, guns, humans and even spirits. Yes some sites of the Dark Web are also known to sell the souls of people. At some sites you can watch someone being tortured, or his body parts being cut while he is alive but for that you will have to pay certain amount.

Even the selling of someone's bank account's information is done. Making fake passport, means whatever illegal thing you have heard of is done on the Dark Web and all other illegal things regarding which you don't have any idea is found on the Dark Web.

These sites are mostly used by anti-social organisation, or people like mafias or someone who is involved in illegal things. A normal person who uses a normal browser can't get access to it because the address is too long for these sites.

In case you get the address and thinks of using VPN to hide your identity then I must clear you that your VPN  will not help in hiding your identity. There are measures to access the Deep Web but for those who are involved in the Cyber Cell and I personally don't recommend anyone to use those methods.

Once you enter the Deep Web there is a chance that the Cyber Cell can trace you down though you were using a VPN. Yes VPN's can also be traced, because The FBI has already banned and closed many sites on the Dark Web and had arrested people involved in it, and once you are caught surfing the Dark Web your browsing will be banned and you will be arrested.

Even just surfing the Deep Web is a crime. But if you are lucky and not get caught by the Cyber Cell then it might be possible that someone else on the Dark Web can hack your system and can even send virus or remove your VPN so that you get traced.

Dark Webs are definitely not meant for the people who are not involved in illegal activities or are in Cyber Cell. It's better to explore the sites to which we have access to and the next time when your browser says 'Your access is denied. You don't have permission to have access to this site' believe it because it's for your own safety.

And once again I do not entertain activities on the Dark Web and neither I recommend  anybody to go to the Dark Web though you just want to surf it. This post was just for information about the Dark Web.
